Indian
companies key providers of e-business projects
According
to Gartner, Indian companies are key providers of e-business development
and implementation projects competing with US e-business integrators.
Indian firms are committed to high quality and lower costs in their
endeavors. Giga Information Group adds that an offshore service provider
saves companies an average of 25% of the cost of outsourcing to a
domestic provider. India has 80% of the market for offshore development
outsourcing ($6 bn in 2000).
