Client
Brief:
The client hired us to develop a cool and dynamic introduction
in Flash for a new gaming website that was to be launched.
He wanted the Flash animation to use anticipatory text lines
alongwith sound/ music to create a tempo and finally announce
the website. He also wanted us to take a cue from the music
of a few hollywood films/trailors.
Our Endeavour:
In line with the guidelines provided by the client, we created the flow
of
the animation in a way that creates a degree of curiosity in the initial
stages without losing out on the overall pace. The pace accelerates to build
into a crescendo that finally is broken into the announcement. Keeping in
mind the target audience we chose to use layered hard metal as the
background track, interspersed with cool sound effects to accentuate the
text lines in the animation. The fast paced rhythm towards the end of the
animation is stopped abruptly with a bang to coincide with the logo so that
it gets the maximum possible attention that it deserves.
