Client Brief:
The client provides Workflow Management Services to their customers. We were hired to design &
developed a Window's based Application for Online Client Management tool.

Our Endeavour:
The Messenger was developed to keep track of new messages & facilitate. Users could check their messages
and directly log on to the site. It uses a webservice to communicate with the server and also has feature like tray pop-up when a new message is received by a user. The Messenger would only be accessible to authenticated users. The privileges are granted to users based on the categories namely Admin(Service Provider), Users(Company), Clients(Agents /Employees) and Contacts(Customers). The site is developed in VC#.NET with MS SQL Database.
