Client Brief:
Poddar Heritage Enterprises is a modern family owned commercial combine. We were asked to develop the entire website for them keeping in mind their corporate activities and spirit.

Our Endeavour:
The website has been designed and developed by us from scratch. We highlighted the well-known companies and brand names of the group including Gillette, Singer & Gautier in India. We developed the graphics and look-and-feel of the site. We also host the site on our shared server along with annual support services.

Acknowledgement:
I was concerned about communications in hiring an unfamiliar company situated elsewhere. These concerns turned out to be absolutely non-issues. What started out as a simple assignment quickly expanded into a much larger, more complex design. Synapse guys have done an amazing job on the site. Their bug fixes were better than timely - they actually fixed them in real time while I was talking to them! They were quite responsive to the needs of the project as it evolved and never told me they "could not do" any of the tasks we discussed. They completed the job in the time they said . and were extremely responsive to the needs of the job. Apart from their great skill and insightful problem solving, what makes them stand out is their patience and customer service - always willing to go the extra mile. They hosted my site on the server so that I could preview the site and I could suggest corrections along. For this Synapse did not charge a single penny. I was so happy with their services that although not in the bid, I am now hosting my site and email with them at a decent price. I highly recommend them. They did a lot more than what I asked for and didn't raise the price!
